The VP, Operations is a senior executive role within the organization and serves as a key member of the leadership team. The scope of this job includes oversight and leadership of significant areas of the organization, establishing strategic plans and making decisions that are critical to business performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the organization by ensuring appropriate alignment of resources and priorities. Lead a subset of a significant function, business unit, or operation within the organization by formulating and implementing strategic plans that guide the organization’s direction and increase operating performance. Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, clients, and other business leaders to drive growth, maintain transparency, and foster alignment. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and opportunities as they relate to the organization. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and responsible resource allocation across their organization, and monitor financial performance to ensure resources are used effectively. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and leaders within their organization. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience At least 5-6 years of relevant management work experience Healthcare experience and knowledge Job Expectations: Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time #LI-KL2 WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
