Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Identifying and escalating critical issues to senior team members

Key Skills and Qualifications:
