Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
