Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and meeting individual service and sales goals. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques to drive customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve service and responding to requests for assistance.

  • Maintain confidentiality, listen actively, and remain open to others' ideas and suggestions.
  • Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, responding quickly and effectively to customer questions.
  • Multi-task to document while speaking with customers, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner and striving to increase productivity.
  • Consistently be at work and on time, following instructions and responding to management direction.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

  • Data entry and basic computer skills are required.
  • Previous call center or similar customer service experience is preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
