Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our health insurance claims processing. You'll work closely with our Medicaid COB team to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update patient data into our QNXT system with precision and accuracy

  • Analyze and reconcile Medicaid COB data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data entry or processing
  • Collaborate with the Medicaid COB team to implement process improvements and optimize data analysis
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or computer science)

  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry, claims processing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in claims handling or a related field

  • Education: High School Certificate/G.E.D
  • Familiarity with Medicaid COB regulations and guidelines
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
