Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Overnight Customer Care Center Agent to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our customer care center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to calls for assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to calls for assistance from clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitoring SkiData for warnings and initiating corrective actions to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Monitoring Paystation Banknote containers and cashing out as needed to maintain accurate financial records
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports as directed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Serving as a communications hub for snow patrol and emergency action plans, ensuring that all team members are informed and prepared for any situation
  • Maintaining activity logs and entering comments for actions taken in Dynacount event logs to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Repairing equipment as needed or contacting vendors to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained
  • Notifying Facility Managers of any situations that cannot be resolved by Attendants, CC server problems, or unable to connect to a facility
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with SkiData equipment and knowledge of Dynacount Systems
  • Good mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Self-motivation and strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, stand for extended periods of time, and use hands to write reports and perform needed maintenance
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly in a loud environment, with the ability to climb stairs or run short distances and lift or move up to 25 pounds
