Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to visitors on our clients' websites via live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our clients' online stores, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to incoming requests for information in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Stay calm under pressure and provide enthusiastic customer service, even in high-volume situations
- Continuously demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the Online Chat Manager to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
