Job Summary
As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including online research participation, product testing, and opinion panels. You'll be responsible for completing tasks, micro-tasks, and surveys, and providing valuable feedback to our clients. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity that allows you to work from home, at your own pace, and on your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete online research participation tasks, including surveys, product testing, and opinion panels
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and projects
- Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions
- Conduct research trials and provide feedback on products and services
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as outlined by arenaflex
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful, but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful, but not mandatory)
What You Need to Get Started
* Laptop or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Webcam (may be required for some studies)
- SmartPhone (may be required for some studies)
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful, but not mandatory)
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
