Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient and prescription data, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve our data entry operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process patient and prescription data using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data entry operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participate in training and development programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required
* Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Basic computer skills, with experience using pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working with arenaflex or in a similar pharmacy environment
* Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures
* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent
* Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
