The Client Services Analyst provides critical front-line support to clients and carriers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, seamless payment processing, and high-quality service delivery. This role manages key touchpoints between clients, carriers, and internal teams, safeguarding accuracy in $5B+ annual payment transactions while maintaining operational excellence. Analysts play a vital role in sustaining client trust, strengthening carrier relationships, and contributing to the company’s position as a shipper of choice. What a day in the life looks like: Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs. Deliver system training (FAP Portal) to drive adoption and reduce repeat inquiries. Prepare and distribute quarterly customer recaps and follow up on shipping data insights. Support Customer Success by resolving issues escalated through shared channels. Build strong client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention. Process carrier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with funding schedules. Monitor client bank accounts and coordinate with Finance to ensure payment readiness. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training and reference materials. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Operations, and Audit to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross‑training efforts. What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field). 1–3 years of professional experience; transportation or carrier experience a plus. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
