The PTx Precision Farming Manager (m/f/d) is a key role in the PTx organization to drive the adoption of technology for dealers and farmers. Your Impact: You drive the adoption of PTx precision farming technologies across all equipment in your territory through dealer sales support and product training. You champion technology growth by delivering expert training and consultations to dealers on best-fit PTx solutions. You provide strategic feedback to internal sales and product teams to inform development and strategy. You develop dealer network capabilities in precision farming to boost equipment market share and customer satisfaction. You support dealers in farmer interactions and deal closures to enhance brand reputation and retail success. You lead sales pipeline activities by coaching dealer teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You represent the company at meetings, field days, farm shows, and marketing events to promote our technology and its benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Your Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, or a related field with agricultural experience, or equivalent practical experience. At least 3 years of sales management experience with a strong track record in driving growth and managing dealer or distributor relationships. Fluency in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish), both written and spoken, and a high willingness to travel across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Deep understanding of the agricultural market, its dynamics, and dealer business models, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts strategically. Background in the agricultural industry / precision farming technology or hands-on farming experience is preferred. Benefits: You are eligible for the AGCO Incentive Compensation Plan, with bonus potential based on job level, individual performance, and company results. Company Car: You are entitled to a job-allocated car as per company policy, subject to income tax for its use. Holidays: You will receive 5 weeks of holiday under the Danish Holiday Act plus 1 additional non-statutory week as per company rules. Health Insurance: Health insurance coverage is provided. Pension: You will be enrolled in the company pension scheme with Nordea Pension. Travel Expenses: Travel required for your role will be reimbursed according to the company’s expense and travel policy. Your Workplace: This is a home-based role located in Denmark, Norway, or Sweden. The position involves regular travel across the region to visit clients and support business activities on-site, offering a dynamic mix of independent work and in-person engagement.
