A healthcare-focused creative agency dedicated to impactful and compliant communications is seeking a Freelance Group Copy Supervisor to support a pre-launch immunology brand. This opportunity is remote out of region, offering a temporary engagement lasting 5-9 weeks. There is no application deadline for this role. *Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:* * Lead the development of high-level creative concepts to establish and evolve brand narratives during pre-launch phases.
- Extend core messaging across various tactics while maintaining strategic integrity and consistency.
- Write and oversee the creation of copy for healthcare professional-focused materials, including core assets, digital content, and campaign deliverables.
- Collaborate with strategy, medical, and account teams to develop early messaging frameworks that translate complex scientific content into engaging, compliant copy.
- Guide and mentor junior writers, ensuring quality and voice consistency across projects, while acting as the day-to-day creative leader.
*Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:* * Over 6 years of copywriting experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting.
- A portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign development and detailed brand execution.
- Experience with pre-launch initiatives and familiarity with immunology, inflammatory, or specialty healthcare categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory review processes, including FDA/MLR compliance standards.
- Highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, with excellent attention to detail in fast-paced agency environments.
