More about the role As a Purchase to Pay Intern, you’ll be responsible for the following activities Key Areas of Responsibilities Invoice Receipt from the vendor. Check & verify the invoice copies Write GL, CC & PO numbers on the invoices Scan the hardcopies of invoices. Send the scan invoice copes to invoice mailboxes. Stamp the invoice copies. Invoice hard copies archiving. Resolve queries raised by supplier & posting team. Work closely with PTP Specialist Singly point of contact for business users to address their concerns & provide them with required support. Your qualifications Fresh Graduate or 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable process Commerce Graduate with experience in Invoice handling Ability to read and interpret documents such as vendor invoices, instructions, and procedure manuals. Awareness & Knowledge on Basic Financial Accounting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality is a must Strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively. Desired Skills & Abilities Experience working within an ERP system (SAP) Proficient in English & Japanese. Understanding of local invoice requirements. Understanding of PO/Non-PO Invoices, 3-way match. Quick learner and ability to deliver within assigned SLA.
