Content Creator — Fintech Startup (Private Capital Markets | Blockchain + AI)

Alpha Hub, a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital, is building the platform that will fundamentally transform private capital markets the way Netflix disrupted entertainment and Airbnb revolutionized hospitality. Through AI, blockchain, and data-driven infrastructure, we're creating the new standard for deal-making and investor due diligence. We are an early-stage startup with a live MVP, scaling toward a private capital marketplace that leverages AI to efficiently connect companies with the right investors, a roadmap toward secondary trading infrastructure built on blockchain technology, and a Bloomberg-like terminal product for private capital analysis. This is an equity-based position for the first 6 months — we're looking for a calculated risk-taker who understands startup culture, believes in the upside, and wants to be rewarded for helping build something that matters. Company: Alpha Hub (Subsidiary of Konzortia Capital) Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor Initial Term: 6 months (Equity-Based Compensation) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Common stock issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M). After 6 months, the possibility to transition to a salary/bonus/equity structure. This position reports directly to the Content Manager and sits at the intersection of the Marketing and Capital Raising teams. You'll collaborate closely across product, business development, and leadership — meaning your work will be seen, used, and valued from day one, not buried in a review queue. You'll have real ownership over the content you produce within a structured review process — which means you'll build a portfolio of published work that genuinely reflects your contribution to a category-defining company.

What You'll Do

• Website & SEO Content

— Write and update website copy, landing pages, and blog articles optimized for search to drive traffic and establish thought leadership

• LinkedIn Content

— Develop posts and articles that build brand authority and engage startup founders and investor audiences

• Email Marketing

— Write campaign copy, newsletters, and drip sequences that nurture leads and support conversion goals

• Social Media Copy

— Draft platform-appropriate content aligned with our brand voice and editorial calendar

• Company Materials

— Support the creation of pitch decks, one-pagers, internal documents, research papers, and other collateral for internal and external audiences

• UX Microcopy & Documentation

— Write interface copy, help center articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides that make the Alpha Hub platform easy to use

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional content creation experience across digital marketing, or technical writing
• Proven ability to write across multiple formats — articles, emails, social copy, and sales materials
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword intent, content structure)
• Strong research skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging content
• Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus
• Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Bonus Points

• Access to and working knowledge of AI-assisted content tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and creative software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms
• Familiarity with analytics or SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Prior experience in capital markets, private equity, or venture capital
• Graphic design and video editing ability
