Our team of customer service rockstars uses both human expertise and AI-driven tools to manage calls and interactions, allowing contractors to focus on their core work. We're all about creating a supportive and engaging environment for our team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile.
- Using ServiceTitan to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Providing support to customers with questions about their service needs.
- Collaborating with a friendly and dynamic team to enhance customer satisfaction.
