Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
  • Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, clearly communicating value propositions and understanding client needs
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team by qualifying leads through effective questioning and active listening
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update contact information, and track follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during all interactions to foster positive relationships
  • Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing interest in our offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting within a technology or B2B sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
  • Knowledge of technical sales concepts and business development processes is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and persistence
  • Customer service orientation combined with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building
