Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
  • Helping to explain contract details and manage existing customer relationships
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • A passion for customer service and quality work
  • The ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
