Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Timely and Accurate Entry of Flooring and Manufactured Goods Selections
At arenaflex, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional interior finishes for residential builders, and we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and entering selections provided by our customers into our WBS database in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for entering flooring and manufactured goods selections into our computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt. You'll also be responsible for scanning in all documents for each quote entered, entering revisions and changes, and deleting old selections when applicable. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of our database.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter flooring and manufactured goods selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt
- Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates
- Scan in all documents for each quote entered
- Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable
- Double check all selections entered for accuracy
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Qualifications & Required Skills:
* Minimum High School Diploma Required
- Two years administrative experience a plus
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
- Possess problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer skills a plus – Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
