Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
