Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Augusta, GA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. Essential Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background, preferably in a remote or call center environment
