Senior Client Manager - Total Rewards
What We Have to Offer: Join our dynamic Total Rewards team as a Senior Client Manager, where you’ll build strong client relationships and deliver top-tier service and support. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead benefit platform initiatives, support open enrollment, manage reporting and compliance tasks, and coordinate employee communications. You’ll also assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings. - Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in account management or HR (employee benefits preferred)
- Active health, life, and disability license in applicable state(s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to make sound independent decisions and manage priorities effectively
- Customer-focused and empathetic, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Self-directed and collaborative team player
- Willingness to be occasionally available after hours (monthly cell phone stipend provided)
Salary Range: $65,000 USD - $95,000 USD Compensation & Benefits Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
