Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research and development efforts. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our research participants receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Collaborate with our research team to ensure that data is collected and entered in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our research protocols and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our research participants, ensuring that they receive a positive and engaging experience
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our systems and processes, ensuring that you're able to provide support and guidance to your colleagues as needed

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
