Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve complex issues, and provide personalized support to our clients
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert-level support to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
