Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Data Entry and Review Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as a liaison to cross-functional teams, coordinating data entry/collection and review assignments, and managing data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
• Reviewing and compiling data associated with process validation studies, product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations
• Performing data review of scientific investigations
• Managing data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
• Coordinating data entry/collection and review assignments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs data review of scientific investigations
• Coordinates data entry/collection and review assignments
• Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology)

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Ability to communicate with transparency and professionalism
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge and Power automate experience preferred
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Oracle Database preferred
• GMP experience preferred
• Experience in a role primarily involving data entry and review strongly preferred
• Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply

Additional Information

* This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Pay is between $19.50-22.50 per hour
