Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
  • Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer care
  • Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer care
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

Compensation and Benefits
