Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our research site, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient files. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of quality and compliance that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient files by reviewing and verifying data entry for consistency and completeness. - Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry, and work with the research team to resolve issues promptly. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment outcomes. - Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, biology, chemistry, or a related field). - At least 2 years of experience in data entry, quality control, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the research team and other stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a research setting or with electronic data capture (EDC) systems. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for data management and quality control. - Certification in data management or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Manager (CDM) or Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)). - Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
