Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to airport passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about airport procedures, regulations, and services
  • Collaborate with airport staff, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in airport training programs and maintain certification as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in an airport environment or with airlines

  • Knowledge of airport procedures, regulations, and services
  • Certification in customer service, conflict resolution, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with airport software and systems
