Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center, email, and chat channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and providing solutions to meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with bilingual customers and navigating language barriers
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
