Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing expert product knowledge and solutions to meet their needs. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be equipped with the tools and training to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide expert product knowledge and solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
