Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns

  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
