Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and ordering details to customers
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work overnights, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
