Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate works in support of the store operations team, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is committed to providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Collaborate with store management and other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals - Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a retail environment - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Availability to work overtime as needed
