Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Financial Operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and data integration
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance and trends
• Participate in process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sensitive financial information

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, accounting, or finance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, accounting, or finance roles
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
• Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CMA
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and data entry software
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
