Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with account inquiries, including billing, payment, and service-related questions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and providing solutions or escalating to technical support teams as needed
  • Processing payments, including credit card transactions and other payment methods
  • Providing product and service recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Previous customer service or call center experience (a plus, but not required)
