Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve travel-related concerns, offer guidance on our policies and travel programs, and address billing issues. Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive and seamless travel experience. - Resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex policies. - Offer guidance on arenaflex policies and travel programs, empowering customers to make informed decisions. - Address billing issues and process payments or refunds as required, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations, ensuring a positive outcome for our customers. - Update and manage customer profiles within internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
