The Role

As a part-time Amazon Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, phone, or email. You'll assist customers with orders, returns, product inquiries, and troubleshooting, while also resolving customer concerns by providing solutions or escalating issues as needed. Your primary goal will be to maintain customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and support.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer concerns by providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and support.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided.
