As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve support issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Selling new products and services to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with customers and team members to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets to drive business growth and success

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Have a basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Have the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Possess an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Be able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Have strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or BPO environment
  • Experience with sales and customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
