Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your sales skills to identify opportunities and close deals, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid life insurance license (arenaflex will provide support to obtain a license if you don't have one)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with life insurance products and services
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
