Your Role as an Automotive Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
  • Upselling when required, to provide our customers with additional value and support

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing excellent customer service
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps
  • An internet service provider (ISP) with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Proof of internet speed, to ensure that you meet our minimum requirements
