The Role

As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you'll be responsible for owning critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy for our Going Out product. You'll report to our Director of In-Store and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building: Help launch an exciting new product at arenaflex, driving sales and customer engagement
  • Strategizing: Set the strategy for customer experience on Going Out, ensuring seamless and exciting dining experiences
  • Experimenting: Design and execute experiments to learn about new products and features, optimizing customer interactions and conversion rates
  • Implementing: Execute new marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow, driving retention and order frequency
  • Analyzing: Build models to evaluate success and set new goals, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Influencing: Work with cross-functional teams to scale Going Out, driving business growth and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for customer experience and growth. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

4+ years of experience

in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, business operations, or related fields

High-growth or early-stage startup experience

is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles

Experience leading projects

, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities

Excellent Excel skills

, with the ability to perform complex functions and analyze data

SQL knowledge

is a bonus, but not required
