Remote Licensed Therapist for Emotional Support Animal Program Development
We’re experiencing exciting growth and are seeking a Licensed Therapist with a focus on remote, interactive mental health support to join our innovative team evalauting candidates for needs in Emotional Support Animals. This role is ideal for someone seeking to generate passive income through a flexible, fully remote contract position. Position Overview: We are seeking a fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and Psychologists (Psypact registration preferred) to assist in reviewing interactive data and shaping an intuitive format for our emotional support animal program. This role is perfectly suited for professionals seeking a non-traditional, flexible work arrangement that can be balanced with other commitments or even a full time practice. Essential Functions:
- Review and analyze interactive user data to guide the development of our ESA program.
- Provide expert insights on therapeutic approaches and user engagement strategies.
- Collaborate remotely with our development team to refine and enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with mental health best practices and ethical standards.
Education and Employment Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted license as an PSYPACT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. License holders must be authorized to approve emotional support animals in one or more of the following states with a preference on holding at least 5 state licenses.
- States: Colorado, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Maryland, Wisconsin.
- Please only apply if you're licensed in at least 5 of the above states or have an active PSYPACT authorization.
- Strong understanding of mental health and therapeutic processes, particularly in a digital or remote environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on virtual collaboration.Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 per annum Work Setting: Fully Remote Schedule: Flexible, to be coordinated with the team.
