The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide support to our valued customers via phone. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity that allows you to choose your own hours and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone

  • Answer customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
  • Work from home and enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own hours
  • Utilize the Arise Platform to access client programs and service intervals
  • Interact with guests and travel agent partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of cruise lines and travel-related products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
