Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns
• Utilizing effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience
