Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in eligibility records
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and achieve green resolutions
- Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and address customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry concepts and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
