As a part of our Operations team, you'll be working closely with our Supervisor and other Customer Service Representatives to provide seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, adhering to client and company policies
  • Troubleshooting technical and customer service questions, leveraging your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicating with end-users through various channels, including web-based tools, telephone calls, email, text, and chat technologies
  • Accurately documenting all correspondence with end-users and transferring callers to the correct department
  • Following strict work instructions and procedures, adapting to changes as needed
  • Meeting expectations for balance scorecard metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Escalating unsolved customer requests to the appropriate teams and following proper procedures
  • Maintaining productivity in accordance with support program and company standards
  • Participating in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation, receiving regular feedback and coaching
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and required training sessions
  • Providing mentoring, training, and development to other Customer Service Representatives as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with maneuvering electronic data between various environments
  • Analytical thinking, communication, and writing skills
  • Computer competencies, including proficiency in web-based tools and software applications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • A college degree (preferred)
