About arenaflex's Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group The GM&NS Pricing Group is a dynamic team responsible for driving revenue growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in determining the best rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while improving service and merchant satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: As a Financial Analyst in our Canadian Financial Planning and Analysis team, you'll be responsible for: * Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change * Developing and maintaining a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region * Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities * Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value teams, and managing vendor relationships to resolve issues * Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights Key Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business payments, or other finance-related roles * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics) * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information * Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS/SQL * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where goals may differ * Passion for excellence, with a strong work ethic and focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment * Creative thinking, with the ability to question conventional wisdom and develop new solutions to old challenges * Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation * Dedicated customer focus, with a willingness to understand and resolve customer needs and problems * Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure arenaflex's Culture and Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
