Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and growth within our recruitment services division. This role combines business development and recruitment expertise to build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and support hiring solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for recruitment services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client demands
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment sales, staffing, or talent acquisition services
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency recruitment or staffing firms
  • Established network of industry contacts
  • Knowledge of specific sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance, etc.)
