  • Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations
  • Design and execute rigorous experiments
  • Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics, identify trends, and translate data into recommendations
  • Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
  • Consulting background preferred, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems
  • Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics
  • Genuine creative acumen
  • Excited about applying AI tools in marketing work
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness
