Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, and hospitals. Your primary focus will be on creating simplicity through effective communication, handling callers with courtesy and professionalism, and connecting our stakeholders with the resources they need. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and hospitals through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Connect customers with the resources they need, including providers, hospitals, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions
  • Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
