Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space for users. This part-time, remote position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Your primary duties will include:

• Monitoring and moderating chat conversations to enforce community guidelines and rules
• Deleting messages that violate our community standards
• Banning users who repeatedly break the rules
• Muting users who have violated community guidelines
• Investigating user reports of rule violations
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve issues and improve community engagement

Pay and Benefits

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

• Familiarity with Discord and online community management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Previous experience as a chat moderator or community manager
